Keep in mind that, in smaller schools, one director us usually in charge of
BOTH junior high (multiple sections) and high school band programs. It is
incredible that they manage to put ONE high school band together, and you
want them to have TWO bands running at once? And it's not like they have
to have a LIFE after school; they are JUST teachers, after all...
