You are right. I don't think we have three pro-grade clarinets in our
three-store chain combined! The lone R-13 we had left when we dropped the
line did not sell for about two years after that. It is simply too much
money to tie up in inventory when you don't sell more than one or two a
year in our area. I'm the woodwind expert in our store and I don't think I
have personally sold more than two in 5 years! I get all excited if
somebody even comes in and ASKS about them! Our market is mostly
interested in student-grade plastic and wood clarinets, preferable USED!
