That was the point I was trying to make, Kevin, although maybe I didn't
phrase it well. The instrument itself is only part of the equation when
buying a new clarinet -- whether by mail order or from the brick-and-mortar
music store. The consumer needs to evaluate "price" AND "value." Some music
stores and some mail order companies fail to deliver on one, the other, or
both. The BEST of clarinet sellers offer the consumer real value for the
money.
