If you do, then bravo. (And I'm sure that if you say you do, that it's
true.) But ... not all dealers are as thorough, though. When I was
teaching school bands, I had more than one music store show up for "rental
night" with horns that they were still pulling the shipping packing out of
the cases before the kids could take them home. They hadn't been touched
by anyone since they left the factory -- and many required adjustment (from
some to a lot.) That was a source of irritation to the band directors in
the areas that we discussed.
