I probably have the most uneven teeth of any clarinetist on the planet,
but my problems are mostly upper teeth. Basically, I have the perfect
mouth for, oh, violin. While I was able to play with crooked teeth, it
was easier to play once I had some cosmetic bonding done. It wasn't all
that expensive, and it was worth it, for several reasons (mainly
cosmetic.)
That said, the chirping might be due to her set up, or the amount of
mouthpiece she's taking into her mouth. She might also be biting.
