A book with good tonguing studies is the Kell Staccato studies, published

there's always the Klose', of course.

Someone mentioned the Galper Tone, Technique and Staccato book - I highly
recommend that book. Abe includes extensive exercises from the Kroepsch
studies, Klose, and several others, along with many, many exercises that he
uses for his students. There are also several Orchestral studies in the
book. He includes instructions on how to play the studies (the book reminds
me of the Russianoff books), and fingerings abound. It's really, really
good - worth a look.
