I can HIGHLY recommend Rodger Young, who lives in Edgewater, MD (near
Annapolis - about 45 min. from B-more). He is truly a world-class
technician and has done wonderful things with my and my students'
instruments. In Baltimore proper there really is noone up to that level
(or the level of the big names in Philly). There are a few excellent
people in the DC area but I frankly think the Rodger is even better. His
