Good idea. I absolutely do not want to spoil the party
but Bal y Gay (Lugo 1905-) and his wife were Spanish
They went to Mexico from Cambridge, England in 1938
and returned to Spain in 1965.

The Clarinet Sonata was written/published (?) in 1953
