If sharpness is your problem look to your mouthpiece. It is amazing how much
pitch variance there is between mouthpieces, even the same model from the
same maker. If the length of the chamber is slightly shorter than normal
(whatever normal is) your clarinet will play sharp, just as if the barrel was
shortened.

I have been playing at hand refacing mouthpiece blanks, and now I have a nice
assortment of mouthpieces with different tuning characteristics but with the
same facing. Very nice to have. I have one I just love but it unfortunately
tunes to A@-----.
My favorite barrel is 65mm and I would have to shorten it to 64. (I'll
probably purchase another barrel from Fobes or Chadash at this length.)

If you purchase another horn you might still be sharp OR sharper.

Remember most makers manufacture their horns to be able to play sharp because
if you are pushed in all the way, and flat, you are sunk.
