I agree about clipping Legere reeds. After reading your post I had my
teacher use a Cordier to clip it at lessons. (I don't trust myself) It
was getting too easy-blowing after using it A LOT and choked when I gave
it too much air. After clipping it - back to normal. Works great and
is a little on the resistant side. It should still be able to get me
through many hours of marching band this season!
