I don't see an intent to defraud (it seems to be advertised as an electronic
opera) and unless there's some sort of government grant involved - what
agency would I complain to? And ... should I complain to a government
agency? After all, complaints by "common citizens" have shut down perfectly
valid artistic displays (IMNSHO). Grants and fellowships _do_ have strings
attached, whether sponsored by governments, religions, or privately.
