I wondered if this message was from John Gates of the Montagnana Trio?
If so, where to find the cl-vc-pf version of the Rameau pieces de clavecin
(3)?

To clear up any misunderstanding, Chuck emailed me direct and I replied
directly in a little more detail. This arrangement is not by Thea but by
Graham Sheen and was published first by Park Publications (Graham Sheen, 49
Lewisham Park, London SE13 6QZ ) - no longer trading - and then by Edwin F
Kalmus in Florida at Boca Raton or Miami The recording by the winds of the
English Chamber Orchestra was first ssued on LP (EMI CFP 4555 (1984) and its
notes (by Graham Sheen) cite Sheen as arranger in 3 other works in the
programme by Mozart, Schubert and Debussy also published by Kalmus, alone
with many other notable Sheen arrangements. Julian Farrell is the basset
hornist and Thea clarinet. Other personnel: William Bennett (fl-not in
Op114), Neil Black, James Brown (ob), Graham Sheen, Ian Cuthill (bn),
Anthony Halstead, Christian Rutherford (hn).
