Subj: [kl] Cordier Reed Clippers

I've decided to start learning how to adjust and make my own reeds rather
than just buying new ones all the time. I bought a Cordier reed clipper
and all the other tools I need.

I'm having trouble figuring out the best way to precisely align the reed on
the reed clipper and then to keep it aligned while I try to move the reed
table up a hair and then clip the reed. The reed keeps slipping.

Any suggestions on how to do this? Or perhaps you can point me to some
internet articles (with pictures :^^) ) that explain it.
