Roger,

In the Netherlands, the R-13 is not a very popular instrument. Most people
prefer the RC. At the moment I am using the RC of my teacher. It is a very
fine clarinet, but he is not willing to sell it :-(

The dealer gives two years warranty on the instrument, including a yearly
service. These are included in the price of the instrument.

I will definitely look at other instruments too. Unfortunately most shops in
the Netherlands only have used student clarinets. Finding a good RC is very
hard. Ordering a clarinet by mail-order from e.g. the UK or USA is not an
option for me. I think there is too much risk involved.

Thank you for your help. It is really helpful to hear the opinion of other
people.
