The woodwind quintet arrangement of "Nutcracker" that I previously
mentioned was almost certainly done by Vance Jennings, now clarinet
professor emeritus at University of South Florida. I am sure that it
was the USF faculty quintet I heard performing it, and that it was the
clarinetist in the group who arranged it. I remember it being very
nice---and difficult.
