David,

Here in the Basle/Freiburg area we play at A@-----. Only exception I met in years
was playing with the Rascher Sax.4tet in Loerrach. They tune to A=443 but then
they aren't really locals - they only live here.

I've played in the symphonies in Hof and Constance. Both were around 442 at the
time. If anybody plays higher that that I think they deserve to be $%&+Xed.
