Hello List. I am a 25 year public school instrumental music teacher and
fellow clarinetist and have been enjoying the lively discussions on the list
for over a year.

I am also a proud owner of a new Selmer Model 37 Bass Clarinet with the low
C. It so far has been a great instrument for me, replacing an instrument
which went down only to Eflat. My problem is that I am having trouble
getting use to the low fingerings, not having had to play them in the past.
Does anyone know of excercises which are specifically designed to work the
low fingerings?
