Can anybody suggest suitable music for a small amateur orchestra
(essentially strings and woodwinds) which is

- of this century
- "not too difficult" ("for whom?" "well, for us." - amateurs of varied
abilities most of whom have another job to do).
- pleasant to listen to
- French music would be at an advantage
- and with a nice part for clarinet (but I am not asking for a clarinet
showpiece)
