They're (Hornsbake Library at the U of MD) supposed to be making it
available electronically (either online or via CD), but it's taking much
longer than anticipated. I was originally told that I could not annotate
my listing with what the library was holding for the ICA, but in further
investigation I found that there was nothing copyrightable in a
compilation of this sort (just as the data I have online is not
copyrightable, just the format of the data. If someone decides to
download all my data and create a book from it I have no legal
recourse.)

Instead of waiting, I sent my check to the library about 3 weeks ago.
Maybe their computer printer is down ...
