Takashi, I have two of Pamela's books. One is titled, "Clarinet
Virtuosi of the Past," and the other is titled, "More Clarinet
Virtuosi of the Past." So I am really complicating your question
by stating that I do not have the book about which you are inquiring,
though Pamela told me a number of years ago that she was working on
a book of contemporary clarinet players.
