I enjoyed Tony Pay's Koechel stories very much, and, when I got to his
current tag line,

"When you're 70 tomorrow's yesterday before you know it was today",

it reminded me of one additional numerical thought.

It seem that, for the young, time passes very slowly and as you get older
it passes more and more quickly. This led someone (alas, not me) to
observe that:

"The apparent rate of passage of time is inversely proportional to the
amount of you have left"
