What a coincidence! I started working on this piece tonight with my
teacher. It is a very nice piece. He has loaned me his copy, so I was
really excited and tried to download your files. After many attempts to
download several of your MIDI files, I kept getting an error message and
the download was aborted. The message was "FTP error. Access denied." I
have a Power Mac with 128Kbaud ISDN modem. I am also working on some of
Crusell's works, particularly some of the duets. So I would be interested
in them as well.

Is there something that I am doing wrong?

I am living in the Netherlands and am one of the so-called "Klarinet
Boomers". I have been playing seriously now for about three years after a
20 year hiatus. Maybe Europe is better for finding opportunities to play.
I am very fortunate to play in a very good wind orchestra (we just won a
first prize in a festival on Saturday), a Clarinet Choir, an occassional
wind quintet, solos in church, and lessons, etc. My real job has got to
go, because my clarinet "hobby" is consuming all my free time.

Another question. I will travelling to Poland in August to help build a
house with Habitat for Humanity. I have been asked to bring my clarinet
and play in church, etc. for the people we will be working with in Poland.
Does anybody know any good Polish pieces that I can get the music for? I
am looking for something, preferably with piano reduction that could be
played in a Christian church in Poland and/or any folk songs.

Any help would be appreciated!
