Whether I sell a clarinet on eBay or privately, I extend to the buyer a one
week tryout period and the option to return the clarinet for a refund. In an
eBay sale, I offer a refund of the bid amount - MINUS eBay fees. It's not a
big deal to add that policy to your eBay description. I have a sense that
MOST eBay sellers just want to dump an item and move on to the next sale.
