Hello one and all,

I just went back to my Junior College and I found tt most of the pads are
brown and in VERY bad shape. I don't think this is supposed to happen...is
it?
I play the bass most of the time and I don't hv this problem so I'm not sure
if its consider "normal"/acceptable on the clarinet?
Does anyone have the same problem?

These instruments are brand new RC Prestige models purchased about a year
ago!! I am quite upset and I was wondering if anyone has good suggestions on
how to maintain the pads.

I am from Singapore where the weather is quite hot and humid...I guess tt
adds to the problem but I think tt if you dry your instrument adequetly
after playing it should be ok right?

Hit me!
Loh
