It is my understanding that the pollution set off from making blanks made
of the combination of materials that are found in a Chedeville mouthpiece
blank is what the EPA shut down. Now, the makers of hard rubber blanks
must adhere to very strict controlls, rules, regulations, and guidelines
concerning the materials and how the waste material pollutes the
environment. So....yes, they do.
