You can also use the side Bb fingering rather than the fork Bb - and when
you finger the overblown F#, just leave the side key down. This will help
bring up the C#. As mentioned earlier with regard to overblowing
fundamental pitches, altissimo notes are going to be flat. This is why
the overblown B natural for altissimo G is low, the F natural is low, etc.
