There is a strong contingency of people who believe that the overblown A
is actually a very flat Bb. The same holds true for other overblown notes
in the altissimo that sound flat as the upper partials are realized. Is
this accounted for in the study or your research? I have very much
enjoyed this discussion - great stuff - thanks for posting it!
