Pretty much any technician should be able to. Once the pads are off and
the keys polished up, they will ship them off, most likely to Anderson
Plating in Indiana. Then the repadding proceeds as normal. I don't
believe they will pull out the posts to do those, though. It was not done
when I had replating done on my old horn some years ago.
