What all those players (edited out) played in the past is irrelevant. If
they have decided that another brand is better for them now and endorse it,
fine. Mark is concerned that some of them MAY be endorsing Brand A for
money/free merchandise while secretly playing Brand B, which would be
unethical. The question being asked is, "Does this occur?" If accusations
have been made, they were subliminal.

Benny Goodman has been accused of many things, but never in anything I have
ever read was he accused of dishonesty. My guess is that:

a.) it was a typical display of Goodman absent-mindedness, or

b.) (most likely) the mistake was made by some clown at the advertising
agency who was handed a bunch of pictures, chose one he liked, and, not
being a musician, never once cared to LOOK AT the label on the horn! Pure
speculation on my part, sure. I'll be the Selmer people were livid, too!
Those posters are probably worth a bunch now, since I'm sure they had to
destroy them.

If you have to mic a saxophone, the rest of the band is too loud.
