Can't do anything about the printing, but I made my Klose a lot more usable
by having a print shop chop the binding off and 3-hole punch it. If I had
it to do over (and I were still using my Klose more,) I think I'd have the
print shop punch it for the plastic combs and make 4-5 sections out of the
book so that each one would be more managable on the stand...
