Well let's think about it more deeply than when I posted earlier. David
won the Cleveland post at age 21 I believe (or was it 19?) - I can't
remember. I think he was 19 when he was in the finals against Combs and
Wright for Boston and lost to Wright (so did Combs by the way). And he
had been playing the same instrument for 4 or five years. That means he
bought it in 67 or 68. I guess that would place it at below 100,000.
