Subj: [kl] Klose Method Book Edition

I recently bought a very old edition of the Klose Celebrated Method
at a garage sale for $15. It is so much better than than newest edition (the
one with the orange cover). The newest edition is smaller. In fact you can
hardly open it because of the bad binding. The old edition is actually a
larger size and the pages lay easily on the stand. Moreover the print is
crystal clear. I find the newest edition to be something of a photocopy, with
all the splotchy hard to read notation. I guess music printing isn't what it
used to be.
