I didn't find a complete analysis of Weber's works. I looked over the list of
the back issues of "The Clarinet". Here are the 2 volumes I came up with that
might be of some help for you:

-Volume 9/3 (Spring, 1982): Cadenzas of the Clarinet Concertos and Concertino
of Weber, Weston.

-Volume 23/2 (Feb.-Mar., 1996): Master Class (Romanza of Weber's Concerto in
Eb, op.74), Galper.

Some of these issues are available in photocopy only. I hope these articles
will be helpful.
