Have you tried them, and how do they play? Are they high quality mouthpieces?
They solve the occlusion problem by having an angle to the mouthpiece after
exiting the cork area curving either up or down (depending on the occlusion
type) so that the Clarinet can be kept at aprox. knee level. Many players
who have an overbite have to tuck in the Clarinet to be able to play.
Piet's M.P.'s are designed to make it so that the Clarinet can stay in the
"normal position" around the knees.
