At most hobby or hardware shops you can buy superglue remover. I think it is
based on acetone. It desolves superglue very quickly but also is very
volatile and leaves the glue behind, so you have to work quickly. I keep it
handy to unstick my fingers....

An industrial chemist once told me that the best solvent for superglue
was chloroform. I don't know whether it's true or not, but I thought
I'd mention it in case you can get hold of some without getting
arrested:-)
