Chris, as you know, one can usually pop out the register tube on an R13.
Assuming that you are not being facetious when you use the terms "clarinet"
and "Super Glue" in the same sentence, I believe there is a solvent for
cyanoacrylate adhesives. I would probably "deliver" the solvent to the
perimeter of the register tube with a syringe/needle or small pipette so as
to use as little solvent as possible.
