It has been pointed out that service from Francois is only available if
you a) know about it (which you should if you read the literature with
your new Buffet) or b) if you live close by.

Both assertions are incorrect and not factual. We have many ways to get
these instruments to Francois:

Mail
UPS
Fed Ex

To name a few. Brannen takes orders through the same routes.

Not every company can have an outlet in every city.

There is no other way for the other companies to do it either - Selmer,
Leblanc, and just try to get help from Yamaha.
