When we WERE authorized dealers, but too small for the best discounts, our
wholesale price was more than Woodwind and Brasswind's selling price. It
is just business and I understand it, although I wish we WERE large enough
to sell that much.

I am little bit desapointed to see your post even

It is not special treatment for special people as much as that only people
who understand what you can do for them will know to request it. And only
those who live in areas where the service is available, such as near your
shop or other major metropolitan areas, have reasonable access to it. You
can't be everywhere, although I'm sure it seems that way on long trips! I
am quite sure you are doing everything you can. It is clear you take great
pride in your work, and I wish you continuing success.

If you have to mic a saxophone, the rest of the band is too loud.
