If you could pop the tube out or unscrew the register tube, it would
be a big help. After removing the Register tube examine it closely for Burrs
and wire edges. Many times during mass production, Machinery will leave
rough and uneven flaws on the tubes. This can create an acoustical nightmare
for the player. By modifying the tube or replacing the tube with a Moennig
Hour Glass style, your Bb throat will greatly improve.
