You might be surprised at the enormous variance between "identical"
finished blanks from the same company. And this includes Zinners. The
variance in bore is not so great as the variance in the baffle, tip and
side rails, window size, and throat. Turn your wrath towards the makers
of the blanks rather than the people who try to correct and make
consistant the problems of the blanks.

Better yet, why be upset? Not everything in life is going to be perfect
and up to your standards - sometimes it is better to find positive
solutions than to direct wrath towards someone.
