Dave, I ordered the two items from Amazon.com. The Bonade book is published
by Leblanc; it apparently takes several weeks to ship. The CD, by contrast,
was shipped to me the very day I ordered it. Total cost for the two items was
about $20.

When you visit the site (www.amazon.com), use the search word "Bonade" to
find the Bonade book. Use the search word "Marcellus" to find the Mozart CD.
