Let's see - Buffet offers at least three variation on the R-13 - the
basic R-13, the R-13 Vintage, and the Festival. Each has slightly
different design parameters. The "buy a Festival" was not a glib
response - since it's an R-13 variant, it may have been what you were
looking for. Did you try it?

I don't know if the Prestige, Elite, or RC series are R-13 variants.
