Customizing definitely DOES NOT mean rebuilding the clarinet or car to make
it perform the way it was DESIGNED to, or reasonably SHOULD HAVE BEEN
designed to in the first place. Altering an already properly functioning
item to fit your own personal specific vision IS customization. Replacing
a defective component in your car when it has been recalled is NOT
customization. Having the stereo in it upgraded IS. Having it chopped and
channelled IS customization. Having a blown head gasket replaced is not.
Does this demonstrate sufficient understanding? :-)

If you have to mic a saxophone, the rest of the band is too loud.
