Does this mean that NOTHING is "real" until it is proven scientifically? Many
theories that we now know to be valid were once untested. It takes time for
science to catch up with experience. Did genetics NOT exist before Mendel
took up gardening? In any event, "woodwind blow out" would be a fine topic
for a doctoral disseration. But where would we get the funding? (Little
inside joke for the scientists on the list.)
