I seem to have been asking about a lot of shows recently! I'm wondering if
anyone knows what a) the reed parts for Jesus Christ Superstar are written
for, and b) how difficult they are. I'm definitely playing in a production
of JCS later this year, and I'm trying to work out what instruments I need
and how much practice I'm going to need to do. From what I can hear on the
recording and see from the piano score, I'm going to need at least clarinet
and tenor sax. Can anyone further enlighten me? Also, any info on numbers
of other instruments would be great - brass in particular.
