cat.>>

Thank you for the compliment, but modesty forbids me to claim to be the most
ungrateful cat on the planet. Others are far more accomplished practitioners
of the fine art of ingratitude than I. But you're right that I cleverly
succeeded in procuring a reasonably industrious pair of humans to wait on me
hand and foot, and for this I do feel a certain measure of pride. However, I
haven't finished training my humans. They lack the proper docility. The way
that female consorts with the Screech-Stick Devil is really intolerable, not
at all appropriate in a well-run household.

instruments?>>>

Hmm. This may be mere false etymology, of course, but I shall take the
matter under advisement. The basset clarinet does have a lower range than
the nasty squealer, apparently. Perhaps the Screech-Stick is a devilish
imitation of the basset. You know, this does raise a rather interesting
question about the neighbor's basset hound. Perhaps he was put on earth as
the slave of cats: the lapdog of Bast. I shall raise this question at the
next meeting of the Feline Council....

May use the grappling hooks on him, too.
