I do know how - however, I don't have the time to get through the bureaucracy of
interlibrary loans of reference material (if it's even loaned at all!). I do have
or will make the time to scan in the material and get it out onto the Web.

If anyone can get me a reasonable copy I'll do the scanning & such. Thanks for the
pointer, though. Maybe someone in the vicinity of either of those places can get a
copy made and then get it over to me.
