Whenever I tune in band, the tuner always registers me as being in tune only
if I pull my barrel out to where the cork is almost showing. I've tried to
drop my jaw and loosen up a bit but it doesn't really help. I play on a
Buffet E-11 thats a few months old. Anyone have any suggestions about how to
play in tune better?

Possibly you have a short barrel (less then 66 mm.). Measure it with a
millimeter ruler to see if it is the standard 66 mm.
You could get a 67 mm barrel to help you play lower if needed. Also
possibly your reeds are too heavy, and you have to pinch to play. Also you
can pull out the middle of the Clarinet to lower pitch.
