to
play in tune better?

Dear Laura,
As I recall the E-11 is normally stocked with a 64 or 65mm barrel and
the recommended Bb length for A-440 is 66mm. On most clarinets I would
suggest changing the Register tube to the Moennig hour glass style to improve
the timber and pitch of the throat Bb. But in your case try placing a small
strip of cloth backed tape in the upper half of the register tube. You might
want to get a teacher or repairman to do this as it does take a little
experience to find the correct amount of tape.

Thanks you,
