Schwenke's Mozart

Some years ago I was searching for old clarinet methods in the British
Museum Library section.
I came across this Schwenke arrangement of the Mozart clarinet concerto
for piano and string quartet. There was only one string, (or two) parts.

Aha! I thought, Now I'll get to the real thing!

I made a modified version of this for the clarinet.
When I came to play it, it was so onerous, that I was happy just to play
the regular version.
In the clarinet magazine, there were different versions of different
parts of this concerto. One is an ending with a Schwenke twist. That is
sort of nice, but I'll stick to the ordinary stuff.
